Who is organising Easter Camp 2024 (EC24)?

EC2024 is being organised by Sydney Christadelphian Young People. The EC24 Committee is made up of a group of energetic young people from all over Sydney, the Newcastle region and beyond.

Why are we running EC24?

Easter Camp runs every year in the Sydney region over the Easter Long Weekend.

Who is speaking at EC24?

We have two keynote speakers lined up: Ben and Roxy Topham from Brisbane, QLD.

Who can attend EC24?

Any young person aged between 15 and 30 is welcome to attend.

Where will EC24 be held?

Wedderburn Christian Campsite, 208 Minerva Road, Wedderburn NSW, 2560.

How much is SYW 23?

Overall, the total Easter Camp fees are $340 for students and $370 for workers which can be paid by credit card when you register online.  If you are experiencing financial hardship and would like to discuss payment options please email money@scyp.net in confidence.

How can I pay my fees?

Full payment up front can be done via our registration website.

I can only attend some of EC24, is this okay?

All attendees are encouraged to be present for the whole week. If you aren’t able to make it to the whole week, then please let us know. Day visitors are allowed.Please email eastercamp@scyp.net for details.

What food is provided when I arrive on Thursday?

A welcome supper will be provided on Thursday evening, however you will need to make your own arrangements for dinner that evening. St Helen’s, 15 minutes from Wedderburn has a number of fast food options including McDonalds, Domino’s, Subway, Pizza Hut and a Fish & Chips shop. You’ll find even more options nearby in Cambelltown and Maccarthur Square.
